Big Time Rush Members Had a Mini Reunion
It may have been three whole years since Big Time Rush stopped performing together, but that doesn’t mean the guys don’t catch up with one another every so often.
Before the group’s members were writing their own music, defining their solo careers, and oh yeah, becoming fathers, Big Time Rush was just your average, ordinary, mega-famous boy band. And now recently, James Maslow and Kendall Schmidt got together and it’s absolute aww-worthy.
This week, James posted a seriously sweet reunion picture of the two guys hanging out together. He wrote in the caption, “Great seeing ma brother from anotha mother today,” solidifying that the two are, indeed, “brothers” no matter what. Fan comments on the photo have been predictably hype, ranging from “OMG IM CRYING” to “KAMES LIVES ON” to “ALWAYS STAY TOGETHER GUYS! You’re such a beautiful family.” (Yes, there are a lot of all caps going on in the comment section, and rightfully so.)
As MTV pointed out, James released his debut album earlier this year, and Kendall’s band Heffron Drive released theirs, too. As for the other two members of the group, both have released music this year as well, making it a remarkably productive 2017 for the former boy band.
Regardless of how far they come, one thing’s for sure: they’ll never forget where they came from. Cue a big time rush of nostalgic feels.
