It’s a part of their “Cocktail Series,” a five-week program that features limited-edition boozy doughnuts every Friday through Sunday. The doughnuts, which are made with alcohol, are inspired by New York City bars and look like the cocktails they taste like, just in the form of a doughnut.

“In each doughnut there’s enough booze for you to taste it but not have it be overwhelming,” co-owner Leslie Polizzotto told Thrillist. Perfect.

Here’s the NoMad Bar Doughnut, which includes bourbon, rum, Strega, honey, ginger, lemon, and orange bitters.

This is the Bennett Doughnut, which includes Cachaca, pineapple, banana liquor, falernum and gardenia mix.

Then there’s the Death and Co. Doughnut, which includes the best things in life: coffee, doughnuts, and alcohol. It’s made with rum, Punt e Mes, cold brew, vanilla, and tonic.

Lastly, there’s what the shop is calling the Maysville Doughnut, made with bourbon, ginger beer, lime, and maple.

I’ll have one of each.
